Jim Coughlin is an award-winning juggler. He began at the age of 13, right as puberty was kicking in. The college paper The ManEater gave a review of his first show as a thirteen year old, saying he had a monologue equaling Johnny Carsons. That was nice of them.
Jim juggles 5 balls very well and 7 so-so. He irregularly performs as the high energy and demanding 'Samsonite: The World's Strongest Juggler', (including once in a pilot for a new Gong Show with Jeffrey Ross). Samsonite balances a running vacuum cleaner on his chin, throws a playing card into a watermelon and finishes by spinning two suitcases on his fingers.
And Jim has a completely different, award-winning cigar box manipulation routine.
